Black Moon is 6!
By The Black Box6 years ago we thought it would be a great idea to start up a night for and by adults with learning disabilities in the Black Box. 6 years on we now have regular nights in Omagh, Strabane, Derry/L’Derry and Enniskillen – who’da thunk it! It has been fabulous to see the night grow from the first 40 people who came to the regular sell-out night with groups and individuals from all over Northern Ireland attending. We’ve now run summer DJ schools, event management training, speed dating, started a film club and we are looking for the next thing to do or place to take Black Moon. So on 14 June we will be having a bit of a party to celebrate – cake, balloons, dancing and craic. Hope to see you on the dancefloor…
