It’s our 18th Birthday Party and You’re all invited!!!
Since it first opened it’s doors back in 2006, The Black Box has been a hotbed of experimentation and genre bending weirdness. A home for festivals (and a second home for many of it’s staff), a safe, accessible and welcoming place, a place to laugh, to cry, celebrate and lament. Ultimately, The Black Box has always been a place that understands the importance of artistic expression, collaboration and participation, and what a vital role arts and culture play in our daily lives. Come and raise a glass with us on the 27th of April, to celebrate the last 18 years and cheers to the next 18.
We’ll have a packed line up of performances, in both The Green Room and Black Box kicking off from 12.30pm ’til late.

You’ll receive a wristband on arrival which will give you access to the full day of events if you wish, with no re-entry after 10pm. Usual T&Cs apply <3
