We’re Recruiting a Membership Co-ordinator!

Working with our established administrative team, reporting to the Director, this dynamic role is perfect for a candidate who has a background in events planning, has a good knowledge of administrative processes for arts organisations and enjoys working in a busy live events environment. 

About this role: The role of Membership Co-ordinator will help the Black Box meet its target of growing paid membership to 200. The Candidate will work closely with the Director and Bookings Officer to focus on membership communications, growing new membership and collecting feedback from members and Black Box audiences.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the management and development Black Box Membership.
• Promote Black Box membership to wider audiences.
• Communication with members via members mail our and social media & mail marketing platforms.
• Coordination of members events.
• Assist in the evaluation Black Box’s current membership offering.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Be able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Be able to work well both autonomously as well as part of a team.
• Be familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Have good communication skills (GCSE in English C or above or Equivalent.)

Desirable Skills

• Adequate skills in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Familiar with direct mail marketing software.
• Good working knowledge of the Belfast arts landscape.

Further Information

This is a part-time temporary opportunity (25 hours per week), with an hourly Salary of £12 per hour.
