We are recruiting a new Black Box Director!

Working with the Board of Directors and an established venue team, the Director will be responsible for leading the Black Box organisation with vision, delivering artistic excellence, organisational strategy, business development, funding partnerships and financial planning on local and international projects.
We’re looking for someone with strong experience in organisational strategy, artistic programming and income generation, and who also has a love of the arts and a 360 degree understanding of the arts landscape. A compelling vision for growth and a strong belief in the potential of art to catalyse action for social change is key.
This is an exciting opportunity to be an innovator in one of the most vibrant and influential arts venues in the country at an exciting time in our growth.
KEY DETAILS
Job title: Director Location: Belfast
Salary: £36k+, negotiable for experienced candidate Status: Full time, permanent pending probation period of six months, with a three month review.
Pension: Opt-in (NEST) after successfully completed probation period.
Annual leave: 25 flexible leave days plus statutory holidays
