Job Vacancy – Pizza Chef in The Green Room

We are seeking to recruit an experienced Pizza Chef for the Green Room here at the Black Box.
Must be able to hand roll bases and be available to work Thursday, Friday and Saturday 4pm to 11pm
You will:
Make sure the kitchen operation is maintained to the highest of standards with regards to cleanliness and maintenance in conjunction with cafe supervisor and duty management team.
Carry out stock rotation to ensure all food items are within their shelf life alongside maintaining correct storage conditions.
All Health and Safety/Food Hygiene Regulations are adhered to.
Prepare, prep and make dough, our house sauce and toppings.
