OPERATIONS & COMMERCIAL MANAGER
Fulltime position
£26,000 per annum
The Operations & Commercial Manager will report directly to the Director. The focus is on venue operations as well as developing new revenue streams, sourcing new partners, funders & sponsors and developing commercial partnerships.
Key requirements for this position are as follows:
– A minimum of five year’s full-time operational management experience in a busy arts or performance venue.
– A minimum of five years’ experience of managing & exploiting commercial opportunities in a busy arts or performance venue.
– A minimum of five year’s full-time experience of managing a multi-disciplinary staff team in a busy arts or performance venue.
