The Vigilante Cannibal Nun As Agony Aunt Podcast Launch.
about
Carol Murphy returns to The Green Room at The Black Box as The Vigilante Cannibal Nun to launch The Vigilante Cannibal Nun as Agony Aunt comedy horror podcast with the first broadcast of its inaugural 10-minute episode. Each week, The Vigilante Cannibal Nun reads two letters from her emotionally ill-fettered listeners, pisses over their problems, and vomits up solutions, at their expense and for everyone else’s pleasure. Victims send their letters to The Vigilante Cannibal Nun from across time and space, cutting through all categories of Horror and SCI FI genres.
The launch will include a live performance of The Body & Blood, the story of The Vigilante Cannibal Nun told in song and verse. It was first launched online as a series of performance films at thebodyandblood.co.uk in 2022, before it toured UK and Irish theatres, including VAULT Festival in London, as a live show in 2023 to rave reviews.
The new edition of Ghouls on Film zine will be on sale, where The Vigilante Cannibal Nun is the in-house Agony Aunt.
Carol Murphy is an artist, filmmaker, writer, and performer based in Belfast.
The Vigilante Cannibal Nun as Agony Aunt podcast goes live on Tuesday 17th September at
