This Friday night is seen to by a blossoming name on the local electronic circuit: Reger is the moniker of Belfast-based Robbie McCammon, a DJ, Producer, Crate Digger and Radio Presenter who has relentlessly and passionately carved out a unique musical and artistic environment for himself. He has made his mark at numerous events like AVA Festival, Ulster Sports Club, Banana Block and has featured on a wide range of prestigious radio stations such as NTS, BBC 6 Music and on his own Beat Seekers slots on BBC Radio Ulster. 

As a producer, he has received plaudits from esteemed artists such as Ben UFO, Special Request, Martyn as well as on BBC Radio 1 by Jaguar. In 2020, Reger was a winner of Special Request’s Dubplate contest and was awarded a special-cut vinyl from the legendary producer and DJ. In June 2022, he remixed local legend, Carlton Doom, on the reputable Hypercolour label. Reger has also contributed originals and remixes to the cutting edge Belfast imprint, Extended Play. The 21-year-old is set for an exciting 2023, with forthcoming appearances at AVA Festival, Ulster Sports Club and curated nights at Thompson’s Garage.
