Combining enigmatic visual artistry, thought-provoking lyric writing, and genuine wonder, Rebekah Fitch is a new artist that will spark intrigue. The power of music is in its ability to carry a message, and this is exactly what Rebekah does. With a love for memorable melodies alongside a thirst for artistic and sonic experimentation, Rebekah is an artist always striving for something new, and not afraid to push the boundaries.
With recent sold out shows Fitch has already gained commercial success with playlisting on Cool FM, U105, Today FM and Dublin’s FM104 (as their Select Irish Artist), as well as performing live sessions on BBC Radio Ulster, Metro Radio, SPIN1038 and more. Further support has come from RTE 2FM, Amazing Radio and 98FM. Her dynamic multi-instrumental live shows, complete with mesmerizing live-looping, flute, and powerful vocals, are now in constant demand.
For this unique performance at the Black Box Rebekah will perform with bespoke live visuals from artist Aimee Williamson. Creating original content for projection at events Williamson’s body of work includes GWR, The Mac, Acid mother’s Temple, Bad Fit, Slow Jam and Women’s Work Festival to name a few examples. Influenced by abstract forms and patterns in nature Williamson’s dynamic imagery envelopes audiences creating an engaging and immersive experience.
