Our aim is to help artists in the North of Ireland to learn something new, build opportunities for creative collaboration, and deepen cultural partnerships (only 11 months ‘til the Fleadh!). 

Through these workshops, we’re inviting artists and creatives – from different disciplines and locations across the city – to tell us what you really want to be able to say as Gaeilge. 

We’ll be leaning into the craic and the specificity of arts sector jargon to generate phrases that are both informative and irreverent! Together, we’ll translate them onto signs for our art spaces, onto placards for our streets and an exhibition at PS2, and then we’ll get it all online.

Artists of all disciplines are welcome to any/all workshops, and we’ll provide a range of materials for you to play with. These are super-informal sessions, which will start with some intros, and an invitation to grab a drink and some materials. Some of the spaces are BYO-beverage, whilst others have paid bars serving a range of refreshments.
