PINSLEEP is a solo, art-pop act by an acclaimed, Belfast-based violinist, singer and producer Aga Olek. Through the use of layered violin, guitar effects, voice and electronics Pinsleep creates soundscapes inspired by the sci fi literature and the inner cosmos. Bringing together her experience across different genres, Pinsleep is crossing the boundaries between pieces, songs and improvisation.

As a classically trained musician Aga has branched out as an independent artist after years of actively performing in several formations. Since moving to Belfast in 2020, she has recorded and toured with many acts including the Northern Irish Music Prize winner, Arborist, Laytha or Wildes. 

This act is a part of PL20NI project launch showcasing the vibrant tapestry of the Polish community in Northern Ireland. Hear stories and experiences from the past 20 years, as well as discussions on hopes and aspirations for the future.
