It’s (finally!) the return of NI AeroPress Championship! It will be held in the Black Box, on Sunday 19th September 2021, exactly 4 years to the day that the 2017 competition was held!

With a break of over two years, we cannot wait to crown a champion who will go on to represent Northern Ireland at the World AeroPress Championships which are going to be held in a dynamic and exciting Online format this year, with a chance of becoming World AeroPress Champion 2021.

This is a Northern Ireland Coffee community event, after the wild time over Covid, it’s a chance for us all to hang out, have some fun and re-connect all in the name of coffee!

There will be changes to the ‘casual-ness’ of the event with current Covid restrictions, in regards to seating and moving around the venue, but we will have a clear view closer to the event itself!

The AeroPress Championships is a competition open to anyone who can brew a great cup of coffee using the AeroPress or AeroPress Go. You do not need to work in a coffee shop or roastery to compete, this is open to everyone! There have been plenty of past winners from countries all around the world have been home baristas, casual brewers and general enthusiasts, all you need is to secure your place online, turn up on time with your AeroPress & brew! You could be 3 or 4 coffees away from winning 1st place and going on to represent Northern Ireland at the World AeroPress Championships as well as an opportunity to re-connect with the coffee community and plenty of other prizes and fun to be had!
