Alan Niblock has been a stalwart of the Northern Irish jazz scene for many years, while maintaining a larger network of collaborators from elsewhere.
As well as being an in-demand session player on the local scene, Alan has released several highly acclaimed albums of avant-garde, free jazz, and has performed and recorded with many UK jazz heavyweights.
For this concert Alan has invited two of the biggest hitters in free jazz – saxophonist John Butcher and drummer Mark Sanders.
Expect a night of explosive music and not-to-be-heard-again moments of magic.
