The Black Box, Belfast is delighted to announce the relaunch of Mini Moon! Join us for an afternoon of joyous dancing with our cosmic friends at NI Science Festival for our out of this world dance party. We’ll be joined by DJ Twister on the decks with special guest scientist, space lover, and dancing earthling Liz Conlon for a “Cosmic Dance Party” and we can’t wait to welcome you and your wee buddies back!

What is Mini Moon? Mini Moon is an awesome club for children from the disabled and/or neurodiverse community who like to party and have a good time! It brings people together to enjoy a colourful, social gathering in a relaxed and friendly space. What your child can expect at our NI Science Festival, Mini Moon is a warm welcome, sensory play, soft lighting, sweet music and cosmic dancing in an accessible environment.

At Mini Moon parents, guardians and families can join in the fun too! Some people like to take a bit of time out in our chilled out, Green Room. Mini Moon is a lively event and a nice way to catch up with friends over a yummy coffee. Or you can always dance your socks off!
