The Black Box, Belfast is delighted to announce the May 2024 Mini Moon! Join us for an afternoon of joyous dancing with colourful friends. We’ll be joined by the magical DJ Twister on the decks bringing the buzz to our “Flower Power Dance Party”. We can’t wait to welcome you and your wee buddies back and if you feel like dressing up in some flares then go for it!
What is Mini Moon?
Mini Moon is an awesome club for children from the disabled and/or neurodiverse community who like to party and have a good time! It brings people together to enjoy a colourful, social gathering in a relaxed and friendly space. What your child can expect at Mini Moon is a warm welcome, sensory play, soft lighting, sweet music and cosmic dancing in an accessible environment.
At Mini Moon parents, guardians and families can join in the fun too! Some people like to take a bit of time out in our chilled out, Green Room. Mini Moon is a lively event and a nice way to catch up with friends over a yummy coffee. Or you can always dance your socks off!
