Learning about customers is easier than ever. Although knowing where to start is often the hardest part! Join this session for a guided session through some free (or cheap) online insight tools. Audience participation will be encouraged as we talk through some real-life examples of how to access data, gather insights and make an impact in your business.

Ben Williams is a bit of a nerd – a self-titled “data guy”. He has over a decade of experience working in digital marketing, data & analytics. He runs the Belfast-based agency Tiedot, offering the latest data-driven solutions to marketing teams. He can be found most days hanging around with people cooler than himself at Ormeau Baths.
