Life After Dark Presents the Trad Parn Hoors and special guests
Saturday October the 26th
Doors 8pm
Tickets £13
Life After Art brings you Life After Dark a special night of spooky, country, psychedelic, musical debauchery. With the one and only Trad Parn Hoors, plus some very special guests.
Trad Parn Hoors
Playing songs from their raunchy wild western musical, ‘Ranch O’Riley’s Cowboys & Hoors’. Just like a man mourns his sheep as he learns to love a new horse, it is simply the natural way of things when the trad people go country. Enjoy dust-bowl ditties about killer pussies, famine ships and devastatingly hot cowboys served up family style! Joining the Hoors for a night of cursed trad futurism are Rare Witch, Shamrock Showband and more special guests.
The very special guests:
The SHAMROCK SHOWBAND
Shamrock Showband are the border-pop duo, Jamie Bishop (muckno) and Conor McAuley. From Castleblayney and Dundalk respectively, their music draws heavily from ‘country and Irish’, old-time fiddle music, punk and sampling. Their aesthetic is a raw pastiche of country music’s legacy in Ireland.
Rare Witch
Rarewitch is a visual artist, animator and musician based in Belfast. His live performances entail an eclectic fusion of surrealist comedy, sardonic social commentary and chaotic overhand banjo playing
