Goliath Music NI are delighted to present the phenomenal Katharine Timoney on Sunday 27th April in the Green Room!
Tipped as ‘One To Watch’ by BBC Introducing, Jazz FM UK and Belfast Live, award-winning singer-songwriter Katharine Timoney is making waves as one of Ireland’s leading jazz-soul crossover artists.
Raised in Belfast, Katharine grew up listening to the voices of Nina Simone, Dinah Washington and Billie Holiday. In 2024, she caught the attention of Jamie Cullum on BBC Radio 2 with her latest single ‘All This Time’. Her debut EP ‘Life came into Colour’ produced and arranged by British saxophonist Ben Castle was significantly supported by Jazz FM UK, Spotify and BBC Northern Ireland.Recent performances saw Katharine take to the stage to a packed out audience at The Cathedral Quarter Arts Festival (CQAF) and Cheltenham Jazz Festival – with a string of upcoming shows this year, including Bray International Jazz Festival.
On 27th April Katharine is joined by Barry McCrudden on piano, Ken Murphy on double bass and Rebecca Montgomery on drums. Tickets online via TicketSource or at the door (cash & card accepted).
