about
The end is here. The New Queer Armageddon is upon us.
Are you ready for a kaleidoscopic, cyber-centric, manic panic, totally twisted and tainted, catastrophic, cosmic, chaotic, radical, turbo-charged, fungal, brain-exploding, intergalactic death-trip? Duh, of course you are!
To totally top off Belfast Pride weekend, the time has come to envelop ourselves in complete and utter chaos and excess – and there is no cult classic more chaotic than Gregg Araki’s Nowhere (1997).
This screening will be followed by an apocalyptic 90’s DJ set – and as always, era appropriate outfits are highly encouraged.
Doors at 6pm, event to begin at 6:30pm.
Discounted concession tickets available for those on low income, students, and/or folk who identify as disabled.
Ghouls on Film is a monthly feminist horror film club, showing films that challenge traditional representations within the genre. Expect cult classics, independent releases and rare lesser-known films that explore how we can find agency in the world of horror.
