Hannah Ricke’s first night on the Pacific Crest Trail was her first night backpacking ever. Ever. She had never even set up her tent.
A complete and utter outdoor novice, Hannah told her journal, Little Shadow, everything that happened to her on the 2650 mile trail.
This show is a reading of the first installment of that adventure: the arduous trek through the first 700 miles of desert.
A solo female backpacker, Hannah will be your eyes ears and nose through some of the most thrilling scenery the world has to offer.
