We have a treat in store for you!! On the 3rd of December at Black Moon we are celebrating! It’s International Day of Persons with Disabilities, and Christmas so we want to do things in style. The venue will be all lit up for guest artists – Renegade Zoo in the Black Box, DJ Dave Jackson in the Green Room and we will be joined by the Lord Mayor of Belfast too! Pop on a festive jumper and we’ll see you on the dancefloor!

Renegade Zoo is a unique ensemble of talented individuals. From physical disabilities to autism, the members of Renegade Zoo have come together to create a musical landscape that defying convention. Hot off the back of their first album and recently backing up ‘The Whole Tribe Sings’ they are in the thick of recording album number two. Onstage, Renegade Zoo is a dynamic force, captivating audiences with their electrifying performances. The energy is infectious, as the band members feed off each other’s strengths, creating a symbiotic relationship that elevates their music to new heights. Their music is a celebration of life’s diversity, an anthem for those who dare to be different, and a reminder that, in the renegade zoo of existence, every voice deserves to be heard.
Black Moon is a night for and by adults with learning disabilities run by the Black Box arts venue. The event provides an authentic night out experience giving people a chance to socialise in a cool, modern environment, meet new people, have a dance and have a laugh! With live DJs, moving visuals and a bar. The night is on from 7pm to 10.30pm.
