For this special event we are pairing up with two folks we love, Jo and Erin, you might know them as The Edible Flower. Jo and Erin have been running sell-out supper clubs, cooking, brewing and growing workshops for a number of years now and they centre their efforts around produce gown on their farmhouse estate in Saintfield or wild produce collected on their travels.
This event will be a beer and food matching afternoon during which we will get to enjoy:

Pheasant Hill Homemade Scotch Egg paired with Push and Pull IPA
French Apple and Cinnamon Tart with This Means Nothing To Me Vienna Lager
Chilli Chocolate and Rye Brownie with Export Stout
We’ll talk about the basics of beer and food matching, why the combinations work well together and some classic combinations. You’ll try the matches we’ve prepared and hopefully leave feeling more confident matching beer yourself at home. Saturday 1st September. We’re excited. See you there?
