about

Belfast’s juiciest fruit FRUITY is taking their jigglypuff balaclava to the stage to release their 2nd EP which is appropriately named FRUITERAMA. Joined by Belfast based Twisted Bubblegum Pop Princess Susi Pagel & indie-pop project Finding Forests.

FRUITY BIO

Arriving on the Belfast scene like a bucket of pink paint into white, Dan O’Rawe, aka F.R.U.I.T.Y. brings a chameleonic, singular blend of woozy, lo-fi electronica, hip-hop and experimental pop, underpinned by the ingrained localised perspective of a queer person in Northern Ireland.

SUSI PAGEL

Hyperpop Icon Susi Pagel creates empowering pop anthems all wrapped in bubblegum pink bows and the occasional filthy guitar solo.

FINDING FORESTS

Finding Forests is a queer indie-flux/pop project. Mostly songs about being sad and confused and lyrics that are borrowed from conversations with strangers. The project started in a basement bedroom in Leeds where Darren Hill lived and studied music production. They later went on to receive arts council funding and work with producer and mix engineer Chris Ryan. Finding Forests latest song, Take Up Space, shows the full fruition of this collaboration between Chris and Darren. It was released exclusively on the Problem Patterns compilation Bangers N’Pride.
