Lunchtime Learning: How to write a marketing plan
Feb 5 @ 12:30 pm

CQ BID’s Lunchtime Learning workshops are hour long sessions providing practical and easy to implement digital marketing tips.
About this Event
Marketing plans come in all shapes and sizes – from the 300+ pages to the one held in your head. When it comes to marketing plans, length is no indication of quality! They need to answer some specific questions and be focused on helping your business grow.

In this Lunchtime Learning session, Andi will show you a simple structure for a marketing plan and cover the key questions you need to answer. At the end of the session you’ll have a template you can take back to your company and start to complete as well as some handy hints and tips to make sure you stick to the plan over the coming 12 months.

***This event is free for businesses and organisations who are Cathedral Quarter BID members.

Paid tickets are available for non CQ BID members. If you’re not sure or have any questions, drop a line to [email protected]

Tickets are limited, so please book to avoid disappointment.***

About Andi

Andi is the Founder and Strategy Director of Eximo Marketing, a Bangor-based marketing strategy consultancy.

Eximo Marketing helps companies find more customers by creating effective marketing strategies, fixing under-performing parts of their campaigns, and providing training to educate and engage their teams

Originally from Bradford (so with the proper pronunciation of “eight” but horribly flat vowels) Andi has worked with a number of global brands and some of Northern Ireland’s biggest businesses to develop and implement marketing campaigns.

He holds an MSc in Marketing from Ulster University, is a regular conference speaker and a guest lecturer at Liverpool John Moores University. You should also know that Andi likes to talk, at length, about being a dad, his BBQ, rugby league, cricket, boxing and his fundraising project, Eximo & Friends.
