COVID-19: Black Box Ticket Holders

If you have tickets for any of our postponed dates please check your emails. An email from our box office has been sent to you regarding your tickets and what you can do to exchange your ticket for the new rescheduled date of the event and other options! Sent 30th March 2020

As you may be aware from our online communication we can confirm that the Black Box will be closed until further notice. There’s no other way to do this now to slow down the spread of COVID-19 and put people first.

Black Box has created a unique space for emerging artists and cutting edge music and performance. But we are so much more than just that. We’re somewhere that actively makes room for artists to take risks, for marginalised people to express themselves, and for us all to connect and learn with each other. We’ve had so many amazing performers grace our stages and we look forward to welcoming many more when we open again.

You can use the new exchange tool from Ticketsolve to swap your ticket for the new rescheduled date that will be listed within your email.

If this doesn’t suit we would recommend changing your ticket into a voucher that can be used for any of the events listed on our box office. We can forward a full list of qualifying events on request.

Our audiences mean a lot to us and we are asking for your support at this time and if you would consider exchanging your original payment to either a credit voucher or a donation. We of course understand that this is not possible for some – these extraordinary times are impacting everyone differently. However, if you are in a position to help us we would be immeasurably grateful. If you decide to donate your payment, we will transfer that payment for you automatically. If you want to exchange for a credit voucher, we will also do this for you and you will be able to use that at a later date when we are open again. You also have the option to ask for a refund.

This link is valid for  14 days after the date you receive this email (30th March 2020) and will be offline after then. Ticketsolve will be processing your decision via the tool and will be processing these as soon as they can.
