The Power of Your INTROVERT Personality
Andrew Brown is a life and learning coach who trained in developmental psychology (MPhil) and has now for almost a decade been a leading agent for personal change in Northern Ireland. He regularly coaches individuals and facilitates workshops and programs which have been variously described as “refreshing”, “engaging”, “thought-provoking”, even “enlightening!”
Do you prefer text messages to phone calls? Love animals and nature more than crowds of people? Quieter, less stimulating environments over noisy, busy places? Dislike much small talk and prefer a little ‘deeper’ conversation?
If this sounds a like you, it could be you are an INTROVERT – and you aren’t alone !

Studies show up to 50% of us are natural introverts, with our own outlooks, needs and values. Living in a world that still values the “Extrovert Ideal”, however, we can often feel ‘inferior’, misunderstood as ‘shy’ or ‘too sensitive’ or perhaps feel ‘invisible’ or ‘too quiet’ to explore or create or express in the ways we’d otherwise like to.

So if you tend to settle for a lesser existence than others who seem more confident and ‘together’ but are actually tired of playing small and compromising yourself – and you are ready to explore a fresh new approach – then WELCOME along to this 1 hour 45 minutes seminar and mini workshop with Life and Learning Coach (and Introvert Champion!) Andrew Brown (klarios.co.uk) as we go way beyond the stereotypes, exploring what being introvert is really all about.

BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS SEMINAR AND MINI-WORKSHOP YOU WILL:

**Access some of the best, leading information in personality psychology

**Gain knowledge into what makes up the “introvert personality” including what some famous and leading contemporary voices such as Susan Cain have documented.

**Hear Andrew Brown’s own story of how he “came out as an introvert” on a journey that led him to becoming a leading agent for personal change in Northern Ireland.

**Learn how to understand and grow through your own core personal traits as you start experiencing these as the positive qualities they really are.

**Have opportunity and space to reflect, with like-minded others, on how radically and quietly and simply you can be you in the world.

**Understand how embracing your own unique qualities will allow you to thrive and fully contribute without any need to self-compromise.
